Cost
Regular session: $100.
House calls: $200.
Length
Sessions generally last an hour, but can take anywhere from 50-75 minutes. If you have a limited timeframe to work in, let me know, and I’ll guide the session in such a way that it resolves within that time. Otherwise, clients are advised to block out 75 minutes for each session.
Business hours
Sunday from 9am-5pm.
Monday from 9am-4pm.
Tuesday from 9am-5pm.
*the latest time a session can be booked is 3pm or 4pm; depending on the day.
Booking a session
and that walk in clients are not accepted.
To book a session, simply contact me at (860)-382-2661 or embodiedchanges@gmail.com; let me know the date and time you’d like to see me, and I’ll put you on the schedule!

Location
Canterbury CT. The exact address is shared during the booking process.

I currently accept payment via cash, check, or Venmo.
Discounts & Offerings
First session: 50% off!
To support you on your healing journey, the first session is half price!
Referred clients: $25 off for you, $25 off for them!
When a new client tells me they were referred by someone who is a current client, the new client receives $25 off of their second session. The current client that referred them will also receive $25 of their next session.
Three session package: Save $30!
Clients may purchase a package of three sessions for $270, to be used within six weeks after their purchase. Any prepaid sessions cashed after six weeks will include an additional $10 charge.
Discounts don't stack on each other
If you’re eligible for more than one discount, simply apply the higher one. For example, if you have a three session package and then refer a client to me, you won’t receive $25 off of the $10 you’re already saving. Your $10 discount will simply be upgraded to a $25 discount.
House calls
House calls are booked on a case by case basis, usually separate from normal business hours.
I'll bring all equipment/props for the session. my only prerequisite is that your house can comfortably accommodate a massage table.
